• What is the Google Business Profile check and does it affect my score?

  The GBP check activates when you tick "My business has a physical location" and enter your business name. We look up your Google Business Profile via the Google Places API and score its completeness across 9 criteria: address, phone number, website link, business description, category, opening hours, photos, star rating (≥ 4.0), and review count (10+). For local businesses, GBP completeness counts as 10% of your overall score. If you check "local business" but don't enter a business name, those 10 points are penalised (scored as 0). If your business doesn't have a physical location, GBP is excluded entirely.

• Is my data stored?

  Yes, your audit results are stored so they can be accessed via your permanent shareable URL. We store the URL you audited, the scores, and the analysis. We do not store your personal information or require any account to use the tool.

• How accurate is the score?

  The score reflects a snapshot of your site and business profile at the time of the audit. Signals like schema markup, page structure, and GBP completeness are checked directly and are highly reliable. We recommend re-auditing after making improvements to track your progress over time.

• What's the difference between SEO, AEO, and GEO?
